Product Description
CI series impact crusher is an upgraded version based on the working structure of the PF impact crusher. According to the differences in physical and chemical properties of different materials, the rotor and crushing chamber are refined design, so that the service life of the equipment is greatly improved. And compared with the traditional impact crusher, it is more energy-saving. CI impact crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, and the crushing ratio is large, crushing capacity is strong.
1. Large feeding inlet, deep crushing cavity, high material hardness, direct feed of large size raw materials, adjustable discharge outlet, large crushing ratio.
2. The bearing housing is of integrated cast steel construction for more stable performance.
3. Compact structure, strong-rigidity machinery, and large rotor rotational inertia.
4. High chrome plate hammer with excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, and impact force.
CI impact crusher is suitable for mining, quarry, metallurgy, chemical industry, highway, railway, water conservancy projects, construction projects, asphalt recycling, slag recycling, etc.
CI series impact crusher can process various stones with medium hardness and low abrasion such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, quartz, gravel, cement, concrete, construction waste, etc.
This crushing process is circulating, the material enters the first, second, and third chambers from large to smaller for repeat crushing until the material is crushed to qualified output size, then discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can change the output size and the shape of the material.
