On the basis of Simmons and rotary disc crusher, the high-energy laminated cone crusher was creatively developed by introducing the advantages of high-energy crusher and the structural characteristics of the reference German H-type crusher. The structure is changed from the traditional bottom single cylinder to the external multi-cylinder, which shortens the length of the main shaft and changes the main shaft from the moving form to the fixed type, increasing the strength of the crusher main shaft and freeing the internal space to increase the strength of other parts. This is a way to improve the crusher performance by improving the structure of the crusher and optimizing the mechanical parameters, thereby fundamentally improving the crushing capacity of the crusher. In addition, the reasonable adjustment structure and the advanced hydraulic control system greatly improve the intelligence and humanization of the equipment, reduce the labor of the workers, and shorten the time for repairing and replacing the wearing parts on site.
1. The combination of higher speed and larger stroke makes the HPY cone crusher greatly improved in power rating and throughput, making it the most productive crusher in the same specification. The HPY cone crusher can be produced under a constant discharge port, avoiding the single-cylinder hydraulic pressure floating up and down during the production process, causing the change of the discharge opening, and maintaining the discharge opening constant by rotating the fixed cone adjustment method. 2. HPY cone crusher two-way iron-releasing hydraulic cylinder allows the iron block to pass through the crushing chamber without stopping due to over-clamping. The hydraulic cleaning of the crushing chamber has a large stroke and is independent of the wear of the lining. It reduces the amount of work required to remove the clogging material in the crushing chamber and can quickly clear the cavity, thereby reducing downtime and reducing the workload of the operator.
3. The hydraulic motor drives the fixed cone to accurately adjust the discharge opening; the hydraulic motor can also rotate the fixed cone out of the adjusting ring thread to replace the liner, thus greatly simplifying the workload of the liner replacement.
4. The advanced lining fixing technology improves the reliability of the lining plate. The fixed cone lining plate is formed by the wedge and the spiral inclined surface of the fixed cone lining, forming a self-locking; and the moving cone lining is self-locking and locking. The nut is fastened for easy maintenance.
5. The bronze bushing of HPY cone crusher can provide greater load capacity in the vibration environment with large vibration and dust. Moreover, the bronze bushings are low in cost and can be replaced with ordinary tools.
6. All parts of HPY cone crusher can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side. It is convenient to disassemble the moving cone and fixed cone without disassembling the frame and fastening bolts. Therefore, it is more convenient to replace the liner of HPY cone crusher every day.
